~*Curious grumblings about her stomach brought a fretting crease to her brow; Time, it would seem, to locate her bi-weekly meal and satiate the beast. *~
"Chalk flavoured beans on the mirror wrath?"
~*She paused to consider, gazing emploringly into a restraunt window, chin resting forlornly on the lower pane. After half an hour of customers being disconcerted by what would appear to be an overly large off pink mop, the matarde was sent and she vacated, still pining over the taunting, savoury scents that hounded her *~
"Wretches badgers while they're at it, wicked mushrooms."
~*Her cursings would mean little to anyone else, but calling down the greedy humans made her feel a tad better. She knew that she, at least, would consider sharing if she had any food to give.*~

Another femme, this one a red tainted Siberian husky, stalked timidly across the busy street. Her head was lowered in a newfound fear of being touched by the humans. It seemed to her that her whole life had fallen apart in just a few days...
Dark amber orbs scanned the terrain. You could almost hear the heart of the beast pounding in excitement as its slender limbs carried it over the hard cement. Talons clicked upon the pavement with each light step, and each one brought a new wave of apprehension. Will he remember me? The fae thought anxiously. Will he know that I belong to him?
She approached the house, her optics displaying new emotions of timidness, shyness, and even a hint of fear. Cherry reached the porch and sat hesitantly, emitting a hopeful bark at the same time. Her auds pricked forward at the sound of approaching human feet. But something was wrong; these steps were lighter and quicker... so unlike the heavy steps of her former male master. The fae rose to her paws, the sounds reverberating through her skull. Never had she lived in the presence of human pups, but she had seen them around, and she tried to avoid them as best she could. A sudden sadness welled up inside her and overwhelmed her, and the femme had to leap off the porch and run away, away from the change in her past life... before it had been only her master, just her and him. But now... pups, and that also meant a new mate... Cherry couldn't understand why he would want it to change.
She reached the other side of the street and saw what looked to her like a pinkish mop. Her cranium tilted slightly in confusion and curiousity, and she trotted forward to investigate.
"Hello," she said, "My name's Cherry." The smell of food hit her instantly, and she felt herself salivating. "Did you get anything?" She asked eagerly.
